Sarah Williamson
CEO, Senior asscociate, partner
Sarah Williamson CEO has been part of Zebra's senior leadership team since it's foundation, helping create a Law firm with ambition.
During that time she has led the firm through a period of significant change in the legal industry and the global business landscape, winning recognition in 2019 as “Law Firm leader of the Year” in the British Legal Awards. Driving innovation and change and embedding a growth mindset are the hallmarks of her approach.
Peter Hammond
Head of Zebra Tech, partner
Peter is the Head of "Zebra Tech" innovation space which opened in September 2021. "Zebra Tech" philosophy is to identify legaltech, regtech and dealtech companies relevant to Zebra lawyers and their clients and to find ways to start working together.
Prior to launching "Zebra Tech", Peter was a Counsel in the Derivatives and Structured Finance group based in London, specialising in credit derivatives (involving drafting almost all of the standard documentation in this area over the last decade). Peter is now the first person at Zebra to have directly been promoted to partner into its Advanced Delivery & Solutions offering.
Jessica Kennedy
CEO, Associate, partner
Jessica is a Partner in Zebra’s Global International Group, and Co-head of the firm's UK Group. She has advised on a wide range of arbitration matters, both commercial arbitrations and investor-State arbitrations, as well as arbitration related court matters.
Jessica is a Solicitor Advocate, with Higher Rights of Audience before the Senior Courts of England & Wales. She regularly sits as arbitrator, and more recently, as presiding arbitrator. Jessica has particular experience of energy and infrastructure disputes, complex commercial disputes, disputes arising from joint ventures and distributorship arrangements and disputes relating to complex financial products.
Johnathon Ferguson
Associate, advisor
Johnathon advises on a broad range of derivatives, with particular experience in credit derivatives and strategic equity transactions.
Johnathon is the European adviser to the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee which determines Credit Events and other matters of relevance for the credit derivatives market as a whole. Johnathon also advises individual market participants on a broad range of credit derivative transactions. Johnathon’s strategic equity practice covers equity derivatives and margin loans as well as structured repo and stock lending transactions.
